In February we ordered a chair and ottoman in “livingston” fabric through Home Furniture Gallery. The pieces were delivered to our home 3/17/14. I am extremely disappointed to discover that both chair arms already have permanent indentations where my husband rests his arms while watching TV. It is my personal belief that this should not be happening a month after a chair (of any brand) is purchased. We paid nearly $500 for the chair and another $277 for the ottoman. I expected our new chair to hold up better than this! Any thoughts?
